Job Description We are looking for an exceptional Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team of leading innovators in the field of cloud security and access.
The Sales Executive is responsible for building an effective sales pipeline and meeting or exceeding sales goals established by the company. This is done by identifying, qualifying and closing new opportunities with partners, prospects and customers over the telephone, through email and web campaigns. The successful inside sales executive will be able to build strong relationships with customers, prospects and partners. The job requires excellent communications skills; written and on the phone. Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure software sales is a plus.

Identify, qualify and close new sales opportunities with partners, prospects and customers.
Meet or exceed 9STAR’s quarterly booking target.
Effectively present the features and benefits of the 9STAR’s offerings.
Communicate new features to existing customers in order to increase business activity and customer satisfaction.
Setup campaigns/offers for customers, prospects and partners that generate new business activity.
Must be diligent in their efforts to meet calling activity goals.
Maintain detailed records of all inside sales promotions and activity.
Consistently update 9STAR’s CRM database.
Independent with the ability to work on own with little supervision.
Highly motivated with proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to adapt and change according to the dynamic nature of a start-up company.
Possess strong interpersonal skills and a positive, supportive attitude.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable with Territory Management, Sales Planning and Competitive Analysis.
Proven ability to develop and expand client relationships.
Previous work experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
0-2+ years successful experience in quota driven telesales capacity.
Experience selling to Businesses and Colleges (B2B).
High energy and great attitude with ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail, CRM systems.
Must be independent, self-motivated, success-driven and do what it takes to close deals.
